“The aim of the Skills4Girls Camp is to provide top tips for girls on how to effectively practise their skills along with simple lifestyle tips to help improve their overall Gaelic football enjoyment.”

About Skills4Girls

This camp provides a unique opportunity for girls between the age of 13-15 to improve their Gaelic football skills. Campers will be exposed to coaching from some of the top ladies footballers in the county. In addition to learning and perfecting skills, there will be presentations and Q&A sessions each day on areas such as; nutrition, mind-set and safe strength and conditioning practice. These presentations will be facilitated by guest speakers who are particularly proficient in each area. Head Coach is Dublin Senior Footballer Niamh McEvoy and all coaches are current inter-county players.

We will be adhering to Covid-19 Recommended Guidelines throughout the camp. There will be hand sanitiser available and all facilities will be cleaned before and after the camp each day.  Attendance at the camp will confirm that the attendee has no symptoms of Covid-19, nor have they been in contact with any person with Covid-19.
